EuroSort. Who we are.
We make the logistics process faster, better and more efficient. EuroSort helps companies in fashion, mail, e-commerce, 3PL, books and pharmaceuticals, among others, optimize their distribution and logistics with automated sorting systems. In good English: "high through put single item sorting systems". Systems that sort up to 40,000 items per hour 24/7, depending on the type of sorter and the products.
EuroSort started in 2001 in Amsterdam and now our sorting systems are at companies in more than 40 countries worldwide. From successful scale-ups to the distribution centers of major international brands. Our head office with (own) production, R&D, sales and marketing is located in 's-Graveland and Geldermalsen (ICT). There are also branches in Madrid (Spain) and Baltimore (USA) and more than 200 people are committed to realizing the best sorting systems for you. The Netherlands is responsible for all product innovation (R&D), production and software development.
Automatic sorting
What our customers are ultimately interested in is saving costs and increasing productivity and efficiency. That (and more) is exactly what our systems offer. Thanks to our international experience, we know where the logistics challenges lie in specific markets. And that is reflected in the versatility of our sorting machines, such as the:.
All systems are -robot infeed ready- and designed based on high output on small footprint. It is precisely the relatively limited brownstone space in the Netherlands that often drives innovative ideas for us. Thanks to thoughtful simplicity (smart design) and high quality materials, there is a low maintenance and energy requirement. This in turn contributes to an interesting Total Cost of Ownership.
Logistics flows
All our systems are suitable for sorting both inbound, outbound and return flows on the same machine. We can process all packaging (polybags, boxes, envelopes, etc.) up to a weight of approx. 13 kg. Items that may roll because of their shape, for example: round, cylinder or egg-shaped, we keep in place and are sorted without any problems.
Innovative warehouse solutions
EuroSort is a leader in the market, which is why we are continuously improving our sorters and software. Thanks to an in-house R&D and production department, and our own software development, we are able to anticipate developments in logistics. As a result, we see innovative and often unique (patented) solutions. The 'Chute Pitch Reducer' is a great example of this. With a small modification in the chute, we are able to increase the number of exits by about 40% on the same footprint.
Opinion
Purchasing a sorter is a long-term investment and requires careful consideration. Our experts are happy to assist you in this with their knowledge and (inter)national experience.
