Andrea Stach appointed new Director of Sales at Baoli EMEA

Baoli EMEA, a leading provider of affordable forklift solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrea Stach as its new Director of Sales.

Andrea Stach has extensive experience and a proven track record in the forklift and material handling industry. Her career spans several decades, during which she has held various leadership positions in sales, service and marketing. Most notably, she was Director of Sales & Service at CESAB Material Handling Europe, a subsidiary of Toyota Material Handling Europe (TMHE), where she was responsible for overall budget management, strategic business planning and the development of a robust dealer network.

In her new role at Baoli EMEA, Andrea will play a critical role in driving the company's sales strategy to achieve greater order intake, increase market share and achieve defined gross profit targets within the EMEA market. She will lead a high-performing sales team, align strategies with sales initiatives and report directly to the Managing Director of Baoli EMEA.

Andrea's professional journey began at Clark Maschinenfabrik GmbH, followed by key positions at Yale Fördertechnik GmbH and TMHE. At TMHE, she excelled in positions as Senior Manager of Territory Management and Manager of Product Marketing, overseeing business units with significant P&L responsibility and leading large, diverse teams in multiple European regions. She has demonstrated the ability to initiate change, drive growth initiatives and optimize sales activities.

Her expertise includes business transformation, process optimization of customer journeys and intercultural communication. Andrea is fluent in English, German and speaks good French, Dutch and Italian. Her language skills will be invaluable in managing Baoli's network partners in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Andrea is currently pursuing studies in psychology and human biology, with an emphasis on psychological counseling and personal coaching. Her educational background also includes an internship in Industrial Business Administration from Clark Maschinenfabrik GmbH and advanced training through the Toyota Talent Academy's "Leadership and Business Development" program, where she gained extensive knowledge in business strategy, finance, innovation and leadership skills.
