Heffiq acquires Yale Netherlands 

Heffiq BV (part of the Pallieter Group) has acquired all the shares of Yale Nederland BV. Yale Netherlands' operations will be integrated into Heffiq later this year, allowing Heffiq to exclusively distribute both the Hyster and Yale brands in the Netherlands.
