Jungheinrich and Riwal enter international cooperation

Jungheinrich, the international provider of intralogistics, and Riwal, the international aerial work platform and telehandler specialist are to cooperate on an international scale in the field of equipment rental.

Jungheinrich will deploy Riwal aerial work platforms at logistics centers, while Riwal will offer Jungheinrich forklifts to all its customers. The goal is to create a one-stop shop worldwide for forklifts, aerial work platforms and telehandlers, giving customers of both companies easier access to the right equipment. The cooperation has already taken shape in the Netherlands, Belgium, Slovenia and Germany. Other countries will follow during 2019.

Recently, Riwal and Jungheinrich collaborated on the Volvo Ocean Race 2018. As the official equipment supplier, Riwal equipped the mobile shipyards with scissor lifts and Jungheinrich forklifts. In addition, Riwal and Jungheinrich machines were used to build the host villages in various stopovers around the world.
