Linde MH honored with 'materialfluss' award

Linde Material Handling (MH) has won first place in the "Industrial Trucks and Accessories" category of the "materialfluss PRODUCT OF THE YEAR 2024" competition. The Linde X35 to X50 electric forklift series convinced the field experts and received the most votes. Linde MH achieved another success with its AI-based solution "Linde Energy Manager," which took second place in the "Logistics and Transport" category. The purpose of the award is to highlight innovations in the logistics and intralogistics sector.

For the fifth time, the German trade magazine "materialfluss" was looking for technically advanced, innovative products and solutions that offer significant customer benefits. Companies could submit entries in six categories: 'Storage, racking and warehouse equipment', 'Order picking systems', 'Packaging and shipping', 'Transport and lifting technology', 'Internal transport and accessories', 'Logistics and transport' and 'Project of the year'. All entries were presented in detail to readers in a special issue of the magazine and an online voting tool started at the same time. After about two and a half months, the opportunity to cast your vote online closed on Feb. 18. 

Linde X35 - X50 electric forklifts: high performance, lower emissions

In the "material handling and accessories" category, it was the electric forklifts X35 to X50 from Linde with lifting capacities from 3.5 to 5.0 tons that impressed the trade audience the most. For the first time, battery-powered forklifts can now move loads in demanding outdoor applications with low noise and emissions, while being as powerful, robust and comfortable as Linde IC-powered forklifts. This helps companies with high truck performance requirements, such as those in the paper, wood, beverages- and chemical industry, to make their intralogistics more sustainable and climate-neutral.
