Vertical transport specialist celebrates anniversary

They are totally ready for the future. Founded in 1968, the West Flemish family business De Lille celebrated its 50th anniversary last year. Co-manager Stijn De Lille, responsible for sales, says that anno 2019 De Lille NV is a specialist in vertical transport. This thanks to more than 30 years of experience with the import and distribution of Merlo telescopic handlers and recently also the Venieri wheel loader range.

This allows De Lille to offer its customers a complete range. From compact articulated loaders to rotary telehandlers with a working height of almost 35 meters. To serve its customers over such a densely populated territory, De Lille built a network of 30 distributors over that period.

Maaike De Lille, co-manager and responsible for service explains that things don't stop with the sale and De Lille is always committed to a smooth availability of parts and offering after-sales service. In addition to its distributor network, De Lille NV has its own equipped service equipment. "De Lille NV does more than just buying and selling machines. Customers know that with us they can count on knowledge and expertise, built on more than 30 years of experience in Merlo and more than 50 years of experience in mechanization. Examples include hybrid electric drives, solutions for asbestos remediation, etc. We distinguish ourselves with a large OEM parts warehouse, powerful software to find the right information at the right time, the possibility for partners to look up/order more and more electronically and still have contact with experienced staff through a helpdesk. We share our knowledge with our distributors and partners in our recently renovated training center, but end-users can also come to De Lille NV for expert instruction," say managers Stijn and Maaike De Lille. De Lille NV thus looks to the future and literally and figuratively offers the means to take business to the next level.
