Quinso, a boutique consulting SAP partner, and Hänel, a world leader in warehouse automation, are entering into a strategic partnership. Together they developed an innovative solution that integrates SAP ERP with Hänel's automation software. This allows customers to further automate and optimize their warehouse processes, saving time and costs.
Hänel is a well-established company in the warehouse automation sector and has solutions for storing, retrieving and managing goods. The company operates in more than 60 countries and has more than 70 years of experience in designing and manufacturing automated warehouse systems. Quinso has been active in the SAP market for more than 15 years and specializes in sustainable supply chain solutions.
Quinso has developed a link that transfers in real time the receiving, storing, collecting, packing and shipping of goods, also known as the inbound and outbound orders, from the SAP system to the HänelSoft®-N WMS system. On this basis, the system automatically starts managing inventory and reordering goods if necessary. After each order, the data is fed back into the SAP ERP system.
With the new linkage, there is always 100% grip on inventory, insight into consumption, increased security, less wasted time and, of course, reduced costs. These innovative storage systems are therefore a flexible and cost-saving solution and help optimize the entire supply chain.
"We are pleased with this cooperation with Hänel, as it allows us to offer our customers an even wider range of solutions in the field of warehouse automation," said Bas Tiggelman, Business Developer at Quinso. "By combining our areas of expertise, we help our customers to further optimize their logistics processes and improve their competitive position."
Reinier Atzema, Rayon Manager of Hänel Office and Warehouse Systems, adds, "The cooperation with Quinso helps us integrate our warehouse automation system with SAP. We are convinced that this will allow us to offer an even better service to our customers and further develop the warehouse automation market."
