Safe warehouses with user-friendly tilt gates and pass-throughs

In warehouses, pallets have to be moved. If they remain at ground level, the risks are not too great. "But you often see pallets being moved vertically via mezzanines, platforms or mezzanines. And that creates risks for staff. Not only can they fall themselves because of the difference in height, products can also fall off pallets."

Tilt gates and passage devices

DIPAQ's tilt gates always close off one side of the passage to another floor. "As a result, no matter what position they are in, danger of falling is always excluded," Diepstraten explains. "And the fences are very easy to use so workers are not hindered in their work. That also makes it much easier to introduce safe working."

Because every warehouse is different, DIPAQ permeation devices are custom manufactured. "Loading and unloading simply must be done safely, no matter how you set up a warehouse. The tilt gates comply with the standards NEN-EN 14122-4:2016 and with the regulations Arbobesluit 3:16 on working safely at height. The DIPAQ passage devices are also TUV certified and have CE mark. In addition, we have paid attention to an ergonomic design and a minimum number of moving parts. That saves a lot in maintenance."
